Who

Tiris Coach is built and operated by Juno Seong, an individual developer. Contact: wnsdh519@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account: your email, name and profile picture, received from Google or Apple when you sign in. With Sign in with Apple you may hide your email; we then store Apple's relay address.
• Training data you enter: workouts, sets, weights, reps, effort ratings, rest times, programs.
• Nutrition data you enter: food entries, kitchen inventory, body stats used to compute daily targets (height, weight, age, sex, activity level).
• Body data you enter: weigh-ins, waist measurements and optional progress photos.
• Food photos you choose to take or upload, used once to recognize the food and estimate its nutrition.
• Approximate location, only while the app is open and only if you allow it, used to tint the interface with the position of the sun. It is not stored.

How we use it

To show you your own training history, progression targets, weekly reports, nutrition targets and body-composition projections. Food photos and coaching questions are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to produce an answer; they are not used to train models. We do not sell data, show ads, or share data with advertisers.

Where it lives

Data is stored in a Postgres database hosted by Neon and served by an API hosted on Railway, both in the United States. Progress photos are stored with Vercel Blob. Transport is encrypted (HTTPS).

Delete your account

Settings → Delete account removes your account and every record it owns immediately. You can also email us and we will delete it within 7 days.

Children

Tiris Coach is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will update this page and the effective date when the policy changes.
